Trojan Villas, owned and professionally managed by alumni of the University of Southern California, has provided quality housing to USC students since 1987. Due to our vast inventory of large homes and large apartment units, we specialize in providing housing primarily to groups of 3 to 12 students. 

All of our properties are in prime student rental locations.

If you desire to rent one of our homes or large apartments during the fall and spring semesters, you must have a group to fill the entire unit.
